Responsible to oversee and manage all aspects of Commercial Real Estate transaction services on behalf of international or national client(s), monitor internal/external workflow to ensure consistent quality of service and work product and perform advanced transactions as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the delivery of real estate services to client(s) with focus on effective management of real estate functions, contracts and negotiations, and all transaction services requiredManage and negotiate advanced transactions including market optimization activities, site identification and selection, LOI and lease terms, and renewalsDevelop new and grow existing relationships with client(s), vendors, landlords, and other office/medical office usersTrack and monitor the day-to-day transaction work and workload of team membersCoordinate with account leadership to ensure tracking and reporting of client(s) deliverablesManage, review, and approve a large volume of all types of transactionsAdhere to all state real estate agency requirementsProvide suggestions and best practices for process and technical improvements relating to the transaction processIdentify potential issues and take action accordinglyWork closely with internal parties such as Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teamsProvide training and on-boarding support of new team members and ongoing development of associatesManage or execute special projects, as assignedProvide high level of customer service to client(s) and vendorsConsiders themselves a team player

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's DegreeMust obtain and hold state real estate salesperson license3+ years relevant work experience in Commercial Real Estate; preferably Lease NegotiationSolid familiarity with and understanding of lease language and terms, the reconciliation process for Common Area Maintenance, insurance, and real estate taxesProficiency in all applicable software/hardware applications, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft OfficeStrong financing, budgeting, and pro forma modeling skillsDemonstrated leadership, self-management, and problem resolution skillsAbility to manage, review, and approve a large volume of transactions simultaneouslyProven record of providing exceptional internal and external customer serviceExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environmentExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to demonstrate initiative and reflect a sense of urgency by meeting or exceeding deadlines
