We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transaction Management Sr. Manager to join our dynamic team in Polanco, Mexico City. **Transaction Management Sr. Manager** **About the Role:** This job is part of the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for the buying, selling, and letting of residential, office, and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation. **Activities:** + Coordinate and manage the region's daily activities. Establish ongoing routine to effectively service the client with urgency and accuracy. + Implement complex real estate plans within cross-functional teams, with an understanding of the client's strategic real estate goals. Assist with project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of timeline, and adherence to client-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones. + Act as a landlord or seller agent and tenant or buyer agent and effectively negotiate the business terms and conditions. + Coordinate the negotiation of transactions through a field broker. This includes negotiating leases and lease amendments, monitoring lease expirations, and negotiating lease renewals in time. + Locate and acquire new properties to meet the client's requirements and timeline. + Review, evaluate, and interpret financial analysis templates. This includes book and cash flow projections, PnL cash financial analyses, NPV or IRR financial analyses to enable clients to make more informed decisions. + Work closely with the company or client's Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance and Accounting teams to ensure integration between the service lines. + Prepare commission forecasts and vouchers and track all savings results achieved on behalf of clients. + Monitor a real estate project tracking system to ensure timely transaction completion; prepare reports and make presentations to relevant parties. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans. + Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity. + Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department. + Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job discipline. **Requirements:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-7 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Real Estate salesperson license required. + You are a self-starter, with the ability to self-navigate transactions and processes. + Highly effective in broker management and transaction management with a particular skill of balancing process and "client-first" mentality. + Experience in the areas of multi-national transactions, with a primary focus of North America and Latin America. You have a proven track record of both complex and high volume transactions within a dynamic portfolio. + Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey transaction risks with solutions in mind. + You have a history of demonstrating close partnerships with clients, with the primary focus of collectively assessing long-term strategies and goals. + Experience working within Google Suite is preferred, but not required. + Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset. + Intermediate math skills.
