Our client is seeking a polished and highly organized Transaction Management Coordinator to support a fast‑paced Private Capital Advisory team within a global financial advisory environment. This role functions as an elevated EA with significant exposure to roadshows, client interaction, logistics, and project coordination. The hours are typically 8:00am-5:00pm with flexibility, and the position is hybrid with three days onsite and two remote days (Mondays and Fridays).

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate end‑to‑end logistics for domestic roadshows, including travel, hotels, agendas, catering, and vendor managementSupport senior bankers with meeting scheduling across time zones and multi‑party logisticsManage client correspondence, CRM updates, and preparation of event/meeting materialsAssist with internal and external event coordination, including attendee tracking and invitationsAttend roadshows several times per year and provide after‑hours email monitoring as neededServe as a polished, client‑facing representative of the team with strong communication and professionalism

Qualifications:

7+ years of administrative, EA, or coordination experience within financial services (investment banking strongly preferred)Strong logistical skills with experience supporting deal teams, events, or roadshowsExcellent communication skills and executive presence; comfortable in client‑facing interactionsHigh degree of resourcefulness, problem‑solving ability, and attention to detailCRM experience required (any platform; willing to train on internal system)Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with shifting priorities

Compensation/Benefits:
