Allied Universal® is hiring a Training Manager. The Training Manager is a strategic thinker with excellent organizational, time management and presentation skills. The Training Manager understands the business operation, the vision of the organization, and has the ability to quickly adapt to changing needs. This position focuses on producing tangible results by creating a successful workforce through the development and delivery of multi-faceted training across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Confer with management, supervisors, and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives and technologiesIdentify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managersDevelop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needsDevelop training material that targets tangible resultsImplement effective and purposeful training methodsEffectively manage the training budgetEvaluate organizational performance to ensure that training meets business needs and improves performanceAssess employees’ skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas of improvementDrive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activitiesSelect and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver trainingManage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver trainingKeep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practicesQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
College degree in Education, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fieldMinimum of five (5) years of experience developing and delivering training presentationsMinimum of two (2) years in a sales or account management positionStrong organizational skillsExcellent oral and written interpersonal communication skillsProven track record in developing and executing successful training programs across an organization at every levelDemonstrated ability to develop and facilitate sales trainingCritical thinking and innovative problem-solving skillsHighly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication toolsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrategic and creative mindsetMeticulous attention to detailPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
Prior experience in the electronic monitoring industryBENEFITS:

Unused vacation and sick time is only paid out where required by lawAnnual Salary Range is $100k-110k depending on experience and location.
