Training Lead

NTT DATA's Client is currently seeking a Training Lead to join their team. REMOTE. The Training Lead supports organizational change management (OCM) and training efforts for system implementation projects. The primary responsibility of the Training Lead is to support the execution of end user training and end user support strategies and plans for large, global implementation projects.
Position's General Duties and Tasks
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct training needs assessment across the impacted enterprise business units and facilities to identify training-related information needed to clearly define a comprehensive training strategy and plan for a project. This includes identifying and meeting with client leaders and subject matter experts at the corporate level and across the client's global business units and facilities.
Identify training technology solutions, such as digital adoption platforms, intranets, SharePoint, video technology, eLearning, learning management systems, learning experience platforms, and other solutions, that clients can consider for their implementation and enterprise training strategies.
Create roll-based curricula aligned to the scope of the project and develop the development process and plan based on the curricula.
Develop or support the development and execution of end user training strategies and plans, including working collaboratively with clients to develop those strategies and plans, including developing and managing detailed project plans
Manage and support the development and publishing of end user training content and materials, such as user guides, overview presentations, job aids, eLearning, videos, digital adoption platform artifacts, and other content.
Manage and support the end user training delivery process, including scheduling, enrollment, attendance tracking, reporting, trainer selection and train-the-trainer programs, and delivering end user training, too, when needed.
Plan and manage end user training activities in conjunction with other project activities, such as blueprinting, testing, cutover, go-live, and other project phases and activities.
Collaborate with onshore and offshore consulting and client team members on the planning, management, and execution of training activities.
Coach, manage, and mentor consultant-level resources and actively participate in the performance management process for them
Act as an advisor to clients and internal team members
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with conducting end user training and self-service support activities for ERP implementation projects by following methodologies for training and instructional design for those projects.
5+ years of experience leading and supporting end user training workstreams for large global technology projects, such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including presentation and meeting skills
Ability to provide both detailed information and summary-level information to project management and client leadership
Models exceptional organizational and time management skills
Excellent ability to work as part of a matrixed and cross-functional team
Must be a team player who leads by example and is a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can-do " attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success
Ability to travel according to client demands
Preferences:
Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience
Industry-specific consulting experience (FSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Commercial Industries, Public Sector)
