Training Facilitator
Job Title: Salesforce Training Facilitator

Job Description

This role is pivotal in empowering coworkers with the skills and knowledge required to excel in Salesforce. The position involves delivering engaging and effective training sessions and workshops focused on Salesforce best practices, functionalities, and updates. The Facilitator will serve as a coach and mentor, supporting new and existing staff in mastering Salesforce tools to enhance performance and drive results. By fostering a collaborative learning environment and continuously refining instructional techniques, the Facilitator ensures that all coworkers are equipped to leverage Salesforce for success.

ResponsibilitiesFacilitate training sessions and workshops for coworkers.Coach and support skill development in new coworkers.Ensure smooth daily operations of programs, including classroom management, record-keeping, assessments, self-paced learning, e-learning, and partner training.Share best practices and assist with department initiatives.Continuously improve facilitation and instructional skills.Stay current with trends in learning and development.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Experience with MS Teams, MS Outlook, and MS Excel.Minimum of 3 years in training, learning and development, or sales enablement.Additional Skills & QualificationsSalesforce Training experience preferred.Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.Experience facilitating training sessions for sales teams.Proven sales or technical expertise.Strong problem-solving, communication, planning, and organizational skills.Ability to build collaborative relationships across functions.Quick learner of new concepts and technologies.Ability to balance priorities and adapt to changing business needs.Dependable attendance and skilled at following instructions, organizing workload, and coaching others.Experience facilitating in-person and virtual sessions.Knowledge of the technology industry; education background preferred.Work Environment

This is a 100% remote position with a work schedule from 8 am to 5 pm, including an hour for lunch. CST or EST time zones are preferred. If local to the Chicago Adams location, there may be opportunities to train in person. The project duration is 3 months with the possibility of extension.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
