Training Editorial Associate
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Training Editorial Associate for a client within the IAM industry. The Training Editorial Associate supports the quality, consistency, and clarity of customer training content by providing editorial support across written and video-based learning materials. In this role, you focus on reviewing, editing, and refining training assets to ensure they meet established editorial, accessibility, and style standards. You work closely with course developers, subject matter experts, and production partners to support the delivery of clear, accurate, and learner-friendly content across multiple formats. This position reports to the Director, Customer Training and contributes to the Customer Training team’s mission to deliver high-quality, professional learning experiences for customers, partners, and staff. Key Responsibilities: • Review and edit written training materials, including student guides, workbooks, assessments, and graphical images, to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to editorial standards. • Support editorial review of video-based learning content, including scripts, captions, graphics, and on-screen text. • Apply established style guides, terminology standards, and accessibility guidelines across training assets. Identify and flag inconsistencies, ambiguities, or editorial issues, working with content authors to resolve them. Skills and Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Education, Media, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. • Experience providing editorial or content review support for written or multimedia materials. • Strong written English skills, with a high level of attention to detail. • Ability to edit content for clarity, structure, tone, and learner comprehension. • Familiarity with applying style guides and editorial standards. • Ability to work with feedback and collaborate with multiple contributors. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, supporting multiple review tasks and deadlines. Ability to work independently on defined tasks and collaboratively within a distributed team.
