**Location:** Remote
**Pay Rate:** $46.00 - $51.00/hour
**Work Hours:** M-F, 8:00am–5:00pm
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
**Description**
The Training Coordinator II develops and delivers end-user training for the Windchill Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) application. This role partners with technical SMEs to create high-quality training materials and conduct virtual training sessions for users across the organization. Assignments are moderately complex and require independent judgment.
**Requirements**
• Develop scalable training plans and course schedules
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate technical content into user-friendly materials
• Create and maintain training documentation and application guides
• Deliver instructor-led and self-paced virtual training
• Apply interactive training techniques and continuously improve content
**Qualifications**
• 4+ years of training or education experience, including web-based IT systems
• Experience developing and delivering computer-based training
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Captivate and Adobe Creative Suite
• Expert proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, matrixed environment
