These tools drive significant improvements in operational efficiency, safety, and maintenance practices across mining environments. **Role Definition:** Provide effective training and evaluation to customers, dealers, internal personnel and varied audiences to support and promote the sale of Caterpillar products and services with a specific focus on MineStar Command for Hauling. Support development and execution of global office and operator training programs. **What will you do:** **Develop and Deliver Training:** Create and facilitate engaging training modules, courses, and programs that align with customer service processes and mining operational needs and provide hands-on classroom training related to product operation and safety. **Maintain Training Materials:** Ensure all training content is current, accurate, and compliant with organizational policies and procedures. **Consult on Training Needs:** Partner with business units and dealers to assess training requirements and recommend tailored learning solutions. **Support Quality Initiatives:** Participate in quality assessment and continuous improvement processes for training programs. **Build Customer Relationships:** Interact with dealers, customers and partners as needed for questions regarding assigned training product/s while fostering strong relationships through communication, delivery of commitments, and responsiveness to feedback. **Anticipate and Exceed Expectations:** Proactively identify customer needs and deliver training solutions that exceed expectations.
