We seek motivated, curious, and driven students with the following qualifications:
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in learning and development, talent development, human resources management, or a related field from an accredited institution.Rising Junior or Senior continuing studies in Fall 2026.Minimum 3.0 GPA and strong academic standing.Team player with strong technology, communication, and interpersonal skills.Self-starter with a dependable, can-do attitude.Bonus Skills: Prior experience or exposure to HR systems; tech savvy.Success Tips
