Training And Development Analyst
Job Title: Training and Development Analyst - Hybrid Role

ResponsibilitiesEnter and analyze data related to training and development activities.Utilize Google Sheets, including pivot tables and Vlookups, to manage and interpret data.Collaborate with the HR team to assess and improve training program effectiveness.Report findings and insights to the Senior HR Manager.Essential SkillsProficiency in data entry and analysis, specifically using Google Sheets or Excel.Experience with training development and human resources.Strong skills in using Excel functions such as Vlookups and pivot tables.2+ years of experience in data analysis, administrative roles, Excel, or HR.Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Training and Development, or Computer Systems.

Work Environment

Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The team works remotely on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
