**Description** SAIC is currently seeking a **Training Analyst** located at **Ft Bliss in Texas** on the **Army National Guard** contract in support of Battlefield Tactical Systems such as FAAD2/C-RAM C2, ADSI / CDLIM, AMDWS, TAIS, AFATDS, and JADOCS. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** + Configure, integrate, maintain and operate tactical systems and Synthetic Training Systems such Airspace Management Environment (AME) simulation. + Conduct scenario design and development for Synthetic Training simulation/stimulation and participate in training exercises and mobilization events. + Participate in planning meetings, technical working groups, and will present training plans to senior Army Officers. A general understanding of SHORAD, IBCS, IFPC and Patriot is helpful. + Training is executed in confined training areas and across tactical ranges. **Qualifications** **REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:** + Bachelors and six (6)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree. + Must have prior Army experience. + Extensive experience in Army Air Defense Command and Control Systems. + Operational knowledge of Battlefield Tactical Systems such as FAAD2/C-RAM C2, ADSI / CDLIM, AMDWS, TAIS, AFATDS, and JADOCS. + Must be willing to work in the training environment and operational conditions. + Must be willing to support 24-hour Army operations on occasion. + Must be willing to travel CONUS up to 25% of the time. **REQUIRED CLEARANCE:** + Must be able to obtain an Active Secret clearance. + Must have current US Citizenship.
