Design, deliver, and administer training initiatives for union-represented and non-union operational employees.Conduct needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers and employees.Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, adjusting programs as needed to improve outcomes.Maintain accurate training records in the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure compliance with audit requirements.Coordinate and manage the unit's training calendar, course logistics, and enrollment across all shifts.Facilitate new hire orientation process to ensure consistent onboarding experiences delivered to all employees.Support and coach Leads and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in delivering effective OJT.Track and report on 0–90-day retention metrics and recommend training interventions.Serve as the primary local point of contact for training-related inquiries and support.Ensure training aligns with local compliance, safety, and operational standards.Deliver and support leadership training initiatives for front-line supervisors and leads, in alignment with regional and corporate programs.Partner with Learning & Development to implement professional development programs and ensure consistency.Collaborate with Unit Trainers across locations to ensure alignment on best practices across North America.If you want to be part of a team that helps make travel and culinary memories, join us!
