**Job Title: Trailer Mechanic/Welder**
**Job Description**
Join a dynamic and hands-on team as a Trailer Mechanic/Welder, where you will perform a variety of repairs on different trailers each day. This position requires someone who is comfortable with welding and mechanical tasks, including trailer repairs. **Responsibilities**
+ Perform brake jobs on trailers
+ Repair and replace doors
+ Repair and replace interior and exterior side walls
+ Repair and replace roofs
+ Repair and replace marker and brake lights
+ Fix dolly leg issues
+ Conduct floor patches
+ Fix air compressor issues
**Essential Skills**
+ 1+ years of experience as a trailer mechanic
+ 1+ years of experience working with hand tools and power tools
+ 1+ years of blueprint reading
+ Experience in trailer repair and welding
+ Mechanical repair proficiency
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Comfortable working in a job shop environment
+ Ability to perform various mechanical duties

**Work Environment**
Work in a mid-size trailer repair shop with over six bays available for repairs. The culture promotes a 'work hard, play hard' attitude, with a focus on timely job completion. Enjoy a first shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, where team members have fun and share jokes while working efficiently.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
