Position Overview: Shift 8:00am - 5:00pm

As a Trailer Technician, you’ll be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing trailers to ensure they meet safety and performance standards. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in trailer systems, welding, and mechanical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:Inspect trailers and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and structural issuesPerform repairs and replacements on trailer components including brakes, axles, and suspension systemsConduct routine preventative maintenanceRepair electrical and brake systemsPerform frame and structural repairs, including welding and fabricationTest trailers to ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standardsMaintain accurate service records and documentationStay current with industry standards and best practicesPromote and maintain a safe, clean work environmentRequired Skills & Experience:Intermediate-level experience in trailer repair and maintenanceStrong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systemsWelding and fabrication experienceFamiliarity with DOT inspection standardsAbility to perform preventive maintenance and safety checksExperience with diesel systems and transmissions is a plusTop Skills:Trailer RepairBrake SystemsTroubleshootingHydraulicsPreventive MaintenanceElectrical & Mechanical SystemsWelding & FabricationWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly pay ($22–$26/hr based on experience)Consistent first-shift schedule (no nights or weekends!)Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k)Paid time off and holidaysOpportunities for growth and advancement

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
