**Aerotek is hiring a Trailer Mechanic in Zephyrhills, FL!!!** **Job Description** As a Trailer Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations. You will diagnose issues with trailer systems, including electrical, suspension, and braking components, and repair or replace damaged or worn parts. Additionally, you will perform welding and fabrication work as required, maintain accurate records of all work performed, and communicate effectively with customers about repairs and maintenance. **Responsibilities** + Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations. + Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with trailer systems, including electrical, suspension, and braking components. + Repair or replace damaged or worn parts, such as tires, brakes, and suspension components. + Perform welding and fabrication work as needed. + Maintain accurate records of all work performed. + Communicate effectively with customers about repairs and maintenance. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in trailer repair and diesel maintenance. + Experience with brake systems, preventive maintenance, transmission, and engine repair. + Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment such as JPRO, OEM Diagnostic Software, and Windows. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must have a valid driver's license. + Familiarity with troubleshooting equipment repairs and maintenance. + Experience in trailer and diesel maintenance. **Why Work Here** Join a workplace that values your growth and well-being.
