Job Summary

As a Trading Services Manager III in the Conduit & TOI Funding team, you will manage cash operations and funding for ABS Conduits and Tax Oriented Investments. You’ll collaborate with origination teams, treasury, and clients, ensuring operational excellence and process improvements. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects, develop team members, and contribute to innovative financial solutions.

Job responsibilities

Manage wire disbursement requests for Conduit & TOI businessesAct as Administrative Agent, overseeing funding communications and cash flowsDetermine daily funding needs and direct ABCP issuanceResolve discrepancies and report critical issues for process improvementEnsure daily settlement of commercial paper issuedAssess and manage FX needs for non-USD transactionsIdentify and implement process improvementsAnalyze market trends and prepare metrics reportingLead and participate in key business projects and initiativesCoordinate project timelines, deliverables, and executionMentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative cultureRepresent the team in meetings with senior management and business partners

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experienceMinimum 7+ years in trading or finance operations supportAdvanced proficiency in MS Office, especially ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong quantitative, analytical, and computer skillsEffective time management and prioritizationAbility to work under pressure while maintaining process controlsStrong team player with a collaborative mindsetHigh motivation, dependability, and commitment to accuracyDemonstrated project management experienceProven managerial experience, including coaching and developing staff
