As a Trading Services Associate ll within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of trade activities, from order entry to settlement. While still developing, your expertise in market products and understanding of automation technologies will be instrumental in optimizing our trading services. You will be expected to leverage your proficiency in change management and continuous improvement to enhance the efficiency and resilience of our operating platform. Your role will also allow you to keep developing your relationships with internal stakeholders, presenting insights to senior management, and driving process improvements. Job responsibilities Prepare and analyze trading reports for management review, actively participating in team meetings and contributing to strategic discussions. Assist in training and mentoring junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Manage ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to addressing emerging needs. Create and accurately capture of all transactions in the Risk Management SystemsSupport the Dodd Frank and ISDA legal documentation processes Act on intraday/end-of-day processes including completeness and reconciliation checks to ensure capture of new trading activity and general book management has been processed accuratelyWork closely with Operations functions and infrastructure groups to support a ‘one team approach’Confirm all controls are diligently performed, completed, and signed-off on a timely basisCreate clear and concise communication with all support teams to ensure the timely and efficient resolution of queriesParticipate and contribute to the various strategic initiatives; keep improving and evolving processes and business architectureBuild an in-depth understanding of all trading structures from both a financial and operational perspectiveRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills  Understand all relevant derivatives and hedging products (Interest Rate Swaps, Basis Swaps, Cross Currency swaps, Forward Rate Agreement (FRA), Foreign Exchange (FX), Zero Coupon and Overnight Index Swaps (OIS), Bond and Futures)Knowledge of the front to back Operations process (including the key elements such as ISDA & Dodd Frank documentation and confirmations, settlements, regulatory reporting) and facilitate issue resolution across teamsUnderstand the key elements of other infrastructure groups (i.e. Finance, Market risk, Credit risk, Operational risk, Legal, Collateral etc.) and recognize the impact of the actions of the Trade support team on these areasMust have clear communication skills and an ability to use these to work collaboratively, explain, and challenge, as appropriateAttention to details and sense of ownership.
