Job Summary

As an Operations Analyst within the Portfolio Solutions & Research Support Team, you ensure the accuracy of investment decision-making and trade-flow processes.
You oversee data integrity, system readiness, and reconciliation across middle office systems.
You partner with key stakeholders to resolve issues, manage deliverables, and support strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee middle office data environment and system readinessEnsure data integrity through ongoing validation testsReconcile positions, transactions, and indicative dataEnter client portfolio requests into workflow toolsEscalate operational incidents early and ensure root cause analysisDeliver consistent results while managing multiple tasksAdapt to changing environments and implement new processesPrepare and distribute MIS reports on business and operationsPartner with Middle Office, Operations, and Technology teamsManage deliverables and service ad hoc queriesDocument and improve operational processes

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Demonstrate strong academic background and minimum 2 years industry experienceApply process automation skills with Python, Alteryx, SQL, and VBACommunicate complex issues clearly and effectivelyPrioritize tasks with urgency and execute efficientlyDrive process changes and efficiencies in business operationsUnderstand investment products and maintain a control-oriented mindsetInterpret results and proactively prevent operational issues
