Beacon Hill's client, AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a trademark paralegal to support a busy trademark desk supporting a Partner.

Location: Palo Alto, CA 94301 - Hybrid: 4 days onsite/1 day remote (possible flexibility to 3 days onsite/2 days remote)Parking provided (in-building); office is within walking distance to CaltrainStart: ASAPDuration: 10-12 weeksHours: 35 hours per week (7 hours per day)Pay: $47-$59/hour, depending on experience

Trademark Scope & Core Responsibilities

Manage trademark renewals, maintenance deadlines, and portfolio updatesPrepare and file new trademark applications (approximately 50% U.S. and 50% international); coordinate with foreign associatesReview and respond to office actions; provide ongoing client reportingMonitor online for potential trademark violations and flag issuesLimited TTAB involvement (with most handled by legal admin)Support invoice processing and related legal administrative tasksDocketing ExpectationNot responsible for maintaining/entering the docketMust be comfortable reading and interpreting docket reports and managing deadlines
