As a Senior Product Associate in Trade & Working Capital, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success. Trade & Working Capital (TWC) is a division of Payments. Job responsibilitiesPartners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discoveryConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleSupports the rollout of new systems by working closely with the Technology team, ensures that new systems align with product goals and enhance the client experienceActs as a supporting contact for risk management and compliance teams; assist in coordinating with regulators and governance bodies to ensure compliance with relevant standardsAssists on preparing for reviews by internal audit teams and external bodies, such as the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC)Contributes to building a framework for tracking key success metrics for the product, including cost, features, risk, and reliabilityWorks with Finance partners to ensure accurate reporting of financial performance, including Profit and Loss (P&L) for global Structured Working Capital (SWC)Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaTrade product management experience Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacyPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience in Inventory Finance, preferred Experience within Receivables Finance with Bank or Factoring companyExperience in working on innovative solutions for clients and developing the product to address bespoke client and market needs
