As a Specialty Product Specialist IV in Trade and Working Capital, you process trade finance transactions to facilitate the purchase and sale of goods. You help us deliver a range of product offerings that enable international trade and reduce associated risks. Together, we support clients across ASIAPAC, Europe, Middle East & Africa, and the U.S., leveraging our global network to maximize financing and add value. You will be part of a collaborative team that values accuracy, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Job responsibilities
Process transactions in accordance with company policies and International Chamber of Commerce rulesMonitor queues, allocate work, and prioritize tasks to meet service level agreementsIdentify and escalate regulatory issues, including OFAC, AML, and boycott language breachesPartner with other teams to adopt best practices and ensure timely deliveryEscalate issues promptly that may impact serviceCollaborate and communicate effectively with team members, management, and partnersDemonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detailPrioritize work and multi-task without errorsApply process orientation to understand upstream and downstream implicationsPerform detailed research and resolve issuesMaintain control of the environment in line with company and local regulatory policiesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
At least 2 years of trade work experienceBachelor’s degreeStrong computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPointFluent in English with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skillsUnderstanding of US regulations and OFAC compliancePreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Background in banking industry, preferably with accounting and financeCDCS (Certificate for Documentary Credit Specialists) and CITF (Certificate in International Trade and Finance) certificationsInternal Application Eligibility Requirements
TENURE:
