Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Trade Surveillance Analyst to join their team. As a Surveillance Analyst, you will be part of the compliance department supporting a dedicated team in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Trade Surveillance Analyst
**Location:** 250 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN
**Pay Range:** Competitive hourly rate
**What's the Job?**
+ Conduct monitoring and surveillance activities to ensure compliance with programs aimed at preventing or identifying illegal, unethical, or improper business practices.
+ Apply extensive knowledge and skills to perform complex assignments related to compliance.
+ Respond to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures.
+ Collaborate with team members to enhance compliance strategies and practices.
+ Prepare detailed reports and documentation of findings for management review.
**What's Needed?**
+ College degree in a relevant field.
+ Knowledge of the securities industry and compliance regulations.
+ Experience in data gathering and analysis.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ FINRA Licenses is nice to have
