As a Trade & Marketing Support - Senior Associate in the FX Middle Office team, you'll be learning to support one of the largest FX Trading operations in the industry. Managing queries, core controls and dealing with real time trading risk issues and operational projects

Job responsibilities

Manage real time trade breaks in a very high trade volume environmentCoordinate between front and back offices to resolve issues and seamlessly support the businessPerform numerous real time control checks to verify trade booking accuracyProduce management statisticsComplete operations projects and ad hoc requests to satisfy new initiatives and operations/technology enhancements (new system implementations)

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Strong logical/analytical mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quoA willingness to learn and understand our processes, products and systemsProcess flow understanding, including ability to understand current flows and linkage between systems and think how the process can be improved/streamlinedPrevious experience in Finance industry (operations roles)Excellent written and oral communication skillsAble to perform under pressure and to tight deadlines as part of a high performing team
