As a Trading Services Associate within our Market Operations Team, you will be responsible for understanding trading structures to accurately capture all transactions and perform reconciliation checks. You will work closely with various operations functions and infrastructure groups to support a collaborative approach. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our trading processes and ensuring efficient resolution of queries.

 

Job Responsibilities

Capture all transactions accurately in the Risk Management SystemsComplete intraday and end-of-day processes, including reconciliation checksCollaborate with operations functions and infrastructure groupsPerform and sign off on all controls diligently and timelyCommunicate clearly with support teams for efficient query resolutionParticipate in strategic initiatives to improve processes and business architectureDevelop a comprehensive understanding of trading structures

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Knowledge of derivatives and hedging products (Interest Rate Swaps, Basis Swaps, etc.)Understanding of front-to-back operations processes, including confirmations and settlementsAbility to recognize the impact of trade support actions on other infrastructure groupsClear communication skills for collaborative work and effective challengeAttention to detail and sense of ownershipStrong analytical and numerical skillsProblem-solving, control, and project management skills
