Job Responsibilities
Support end-to-end trade flow across all product channels globallyMonitor support needs and address changes and gaps in trading operationsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risk in trade processesEscalate and resolve inquiries accurately and promptlyAddress ad hoc queries from operations, technology, and front office teamsFacilitate training for new users of trading applicationsCollaborate with business, technology, and operations to set priorities and requirements for enhancementsCommunicate solutions effectively in person, by phone, and by emailEnsure compliance with control standards and operational proceduresMaintain a strong understanding of trading platforms and systemsContribute to a positive and collaborative team environmentRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
