Responsibilities The Opportunity The role is responsible for ensuring strong execution of Sales and Trade Marketing strategies, translating commercial plans into impactful in-market actions. This position supports the sustainable growth of 3PD partners and all Business Units by driving execution excellence across channels in Costa Rica and Panama, in close collaboration with Sales, Commercial and Cross-functional teams. Your Impact Commercial Execution & Growth • Partner with Sales teams to deploy Customer Value Propositions that drive customer growth, volume and profitability. • Design and execute key trade initiatives in collaboration with Key Accounts and distributors. • Translate merchandising and execution needs into scalable solutions that increase share, visibility and in-store performance. • Identify market trends and convert insights into commercial strategies alongside Sales. Execution Excellence & Transformation • Lead the deployment of Perfect Store strategy across all channels. • Refresh and standardize execution guidelines, ensuring visibility and consistency at point of sale. • Support commercial transformation projects from a trade marketing and execution perspective. • Track end-to-end initiatives from ideation to execution, connecting building blocks and ensuring clear playbook communication to Frontline teams. Cross-functional Leadership • Act as a key connector between CATMAN, KAMs, Revenue Management and In-Plant teams to enable 360° business reviews. • Serve as the main point of contact between Sales and Finance for new business proposals and commercial initiatives.
