As a Trade Lifecycle Specialist III within JPMorganChase, you will assist in handling tasks related to cash movements in and out of client accounts and preparing funding for managed demand deposit accounts. Your contributions will support your team in ensuring trades are processed on respective platforms across all asset classes. You will gain experience in a variety of work processes, applying foundational knowledge of policies and procedures to address routine problems. Your role will involve working on assignments with guidance, requiring you to apply problem-solving techniques and support process improvements. Your ability to actively listen, assist internal stakeholders, and contribute to presentations will be key to your growth in this role.
Job responsibilities Assist in the preparation and allocation of funding for managed demand deposit accounts (DDA’s), ensuring proper allocation within set thresholds. Collaborate with other business lines to support appropriate funding, ensuring seamless operations across all asset classes. Utilize various systems and tools to assist in reconciling ledgers, identifying and resolving discrepancies with guidance. Contribute to the review and improvement of end-to-end processes, applying basic knowledge of process improvement methodologies to support operations. Support the implementation of automation initiatives, gaining knowledge of systems architecture and automation technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Understand the function and relevant processes end to end. Assist in identification of issues, analysis of problems, and implementation of solutions. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Basic knowledge or equivalent experience in managing cash movements in and out of client accounts and preparing funding for managed demand deposit accounts. Demonstrated ability to apply problem-solving techniques to resolve routine problems within the trade lifecycle. Experience or familiarity with systems architecture and automation technologies to support operational efficiency. Ability to assist in creating and delivering presentations to peers, managers, and stakeholders using standard office software applications. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies to support process optimization within the trade lifecycle. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Prior experience in Securities Operation will be beneficial.
