Trade Lifecycle - Operations Analyst

Join our Asset Management Operations division as part of the Trade and Transaction Support group for the Alternatives Operations team in India. Support middle office operations for Global Alternatives investments, including trade support, cash management, and transaction processing. Gain exposure to Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Credit, Private Equity, and Hedge Fund alternatives for institutional and retirement accounts.

Job Summary: As a member of the Trade and Transaction Support group within the Alternatives Operations team, you will support multiple processes and project deliverables while aligning with organizational goals. You will gain exposure to various alternatives product types and ensure accurate transaction capture and reconciliation. Your role involves working closely with internal and external teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Job Responsibilities:

Capture all transactions accurately in Risk Management Systems.Perform trade support for investor and fund transactions.Complete intraday and end-of-day processes, ensuring accuracy.Escalate urgent matters requiring senior management involvement.Communicate clearly with support teams for query resolution.Serve as a central point of contact for Alternatives Operations.Oversee and govern multiple vendors and service providers.Build understanding of trading structures from financial and operational perspectives.Maintain a strong control environment and ensure compliance.Identify process improvement opportunities and drive completion.Partner with front offices and technology teams globally.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Business institution.Demonstrate minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial services.Understand front-to-back operations processes.Communicate effectively with strong written and verbal skills.Analyze and solve problems with a control mindset.Manage concurrent assignments effectively in a deadline-oriented environment.Pay strong attention to detail and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
