Job Summary
As a Trade Lifecycle Associate within the Settlements Team, you actively participate in strategic initiatives and daily equity trade processing. You ensure accurate matching, settlement, and delivery management for equity and bond transactions. You work closely with business and technology partners to resolve issues and implement process enhancements

Job Responsibilities

Participate in firm-wide strategic initiatives and identify process improvementsUtilize technical infrastructure to support daily equity settlement tasksEnsure all transactions are correctly matched for smooth settlementPre-match and settle equity trades, focusing on priority clientsManage delivery, cross depot stock movements, and payment processingInstruct bond conversions for both physical and ADRsValidate interest claims, auto-borrow reports, and daily risk reportingResolve cash and stock breaks in collaboration with the Reconciliations teamTake ownership of work, clarify issues, and ensure data integrityCollaborate with business managers to understand priorities and requirementsWork with technology partners to design and implement future state solution
