Job Summary
As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst in the Derivatives Confirmations team, you draft and affirm legal confirmations while understanding key legal aspects. You drive process efficiency, educate stakeholders, and escalate unexecuted documents promptly. You build strong relationships, resolve issues, and produce actionable reports for business partners.

Job Responsibilities

Draft and affirm legal confirmations for derivativesDrive efficiency and identify incorrect booking practicesEducate Middle Office on booking impactsEscalate unissued or unexecuted documents promptlyBuild and sustain strong relationships with internal teamsInvestigate and resolve issues per business standardsOversee data gathering and analyze for MIS reportingProduce daily reports with actionable data for break resolutionEnsure timely resolution of operational issuesReport findings to Front, Middle, and Back Office teamsMaintain high standards of control throughout trade lifecycle

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Hold a Finance or Economics degree with minimum 9 years of relevant experienceDemonstrate strong partnership and collaboration abilitiesApply ISDA and derivatives product knowledgeHandle complex product coverage and shift priorities with easeAdapt to a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environmentUnderstand downstream impacts and maintain strong controlsWork all shifts and show attention to detail and positive attitude
