Description
This position supports the development, implementation, and administration of programs to ensure compliance with U.S. export and import regulations, including those governed by the EAR (Export Administration Regulations), ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations), OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control), CBP (Customs and Border Protection), and other regulatory agencies. The role is responsible for maintaining compliance through accurate product classification, documentation, and screening processes, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to facilitate compliant global trade operations.

Required Education/Certifications/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
2–5 years of experience in trade compliance, logistics, or import/export operations.
Certifications such as Certified Export Specialist (CES) or Licensed Customs Broker are advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience with ACE, AESDirect, and automated screening tools.
Familiarity with Maquiladora operations or other cross-border manufacturing environments.
Exposure to internal auditing or compliance program development.
Knowledge of global trade agreements and free trade zones.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
