We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven professional to lead our Total Rewards and HR Operations functions. Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, this role is instrumental in shaping and executing programs that support employee engagement, operational excellence, and organizational alignment with our mission and values.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is passionate about enhancing the employee experience through effective HR systems and programs.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

Design and drive the Total Rewards strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Lead the implementation and ongoing management of a new HRIS/HCM/ATS platform.Co-develop the long-term vision for HR technology and its integration across functions.Oversee cyclical HR processes such as performance management, compensation reviews, and talent calibration.Manage and mentor a team of four HR professionals across generalist, benefits, and HRIS functions.

Compensation & Benefits

Administer compensation programs including salary reviews, job evaluations, and market benchmarking.Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.Oversee the design, communication, and administration of benefits programs including health, wellness, retirement, and leave policies.Partner with brokers and internal teams during benefits renewals and open enrollment, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication.Monitor market trends and employee feedback to recommend enhancements to total rewards offerings.

HR Operations & Systems

Manage the HRIS to support efficient workflows, accurate reporting, and data-driven decision-making.Identify and implement process improvements across compensation, benefits, and HR operations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Projects

Work closely with Finance, Legal, IT, and other departments to support HR initiatives and ensure compliance.Contribute to special projects such as system upgrades, compensation structure reviews, and new program rollouts.Serve as a resource for HR team members and employees on total rewards and operational matters.QualificationsMinimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience in at least two of the following areas: Compensation, Benefits, HR Operations, or HRIS, with 2+ years in a leadership role.Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
