As a Toolmaker Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting the mold-making process and ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities. Looking for individuals with mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
ResponsibilitiesPerform cleaning and minor mold repairs on a daily basis.Stage tooling for reassembly and assist the mold maker as needed.Maintain cleanliness of all shop equipment and stations.Operate machines and hand/power tools efficiently.Disassemble, clean, and reassemble molds.Essential SkillsProficiency in using hand and power tools.Experience in disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling in any capacity such as automotive or manufacturing.General production and labor skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsMechanically inclined nature and ability to learn quickly.Why Work Here?Experience a never-ending opportunity to learn and grow with access to various departments and products. Work Environment
Work in a cleanroom, temperature-controlled environment. Adhere to safety standards by wearing steel toes, smock, hairnets, safety glasses, and ear plugs if requested. The manufacturing floor is well-lit, organized, and clean, promoting a safe and efficient work atmosphere. Choose from various shifts including 1st shift from 7:00am-3:00pm
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.67 - $24.67/hr.
