Job Description
The Tooling Technician III will work the 2nd shift from 2:45pm to 11:15pm, utilizing their knowledge, skills, and effort to safely install, inspect, diagnose, repair, and modify injection molds tooling. Additionally, this role includes assisting in maintaining production and facility equipment and handling fabrication responsibilities within the toolroom. Lean tools such as RCCM, 5-whys, and A3 will be used to improve downtime trends and reduce costs.
ResponsibilitiesSafely install, inspect, diagnose, repair, and modify injection molds tooling.Assist in maintaining production and facility equipment.Handle fabrication responsibilities within the toolroom.Utilize Lean tools to improve downtime trends and reduce costs.Fit and assemble parts to fabricate and repair injection molds, in-line assembly tools, and production fixtures/aides.Complete tool changeovers at an intermediate to advanced level.Operate maintenance equipment including hand and power tools.Operate machine tools such as lathes, mills, surface grinders, and CNC equipment.Use precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, depth micrometers, indicators, pin gages, and height gages.Operate diagnostic equipment such as digital or analog volt/amp/ohm meters, thermographic cameras, and electric circuit analyzers.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
