Job Title: Tooling TechnicianJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Tooling Repair Technician in the injection mold departmentYou will play a critical role in maintaining molds for automotive injection molding, ensuring they operate efficiently to produce interior components for the automotive industryResponsibilitiesPerform preventative maintenance on injection moldsConduct production tool repair on molds with tonnages ranging from 900lbs to 2500 tonsTroubleshoot and repair hydraulic ejection, hydraulic lines, and core signals in hydraulic cylindersDiagnose and repair valve gates within moldsConduct electrical troubleshooting and repair up to 120v and 240vTest OHM's and operate volt meters to assess connections to the moldEssential Skills3+ years of production tool repair in injection moldHydraulic maintenance and repair experienceExperience with injection molding machinery2+ years of experience working with Hot Runners1+ year of standard electrical troubleshooting and repairShifts Openings on all shifts

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
