Tool Setter
**Job Title: Tool Setter, ~$24** **Job Description** The Tool Setter will be responsible for setting up molds and dies, completing mold and die changes, and overseeing cycle times. This role involves using various hand and power tools, performing preventative and minor maintenance on molds and dies before involving maintenance technicians. **Responsibilities** + Set up molds and dies as required. + Complete and oversee mold and die changes. + Use hand and power tools effectively for setup tasks. + Monitor and adjust cycle times for molds and dies. + Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment. + Perform minor maintenance before calling in maintenance technicians. **Essential Skills** + **At least 1 year of mechanical aptitude (e.g., backyard mechanic, auto mechanic, entry-level maintenance).** + Proficiency in using various hand tools (e.g., impact tools, nuts, bolts). + Ability to read a tape measure accurately. + Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Experience with pneumatic tools. + Possession of steel toe boots/shoes. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Baltimore, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.44 - $25.48/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
