**Job Title: Tool Room Wirer** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Tool Room Wirer to perform panel wiring and electrical assembly for overhead crane units. This role involves measuring for conduit runs and angles, using electric conduit tools, and understanding interconnect and wiring diagrams. **Responsibilities** + Perform panel wiring and electrical assembly for overhead crane units. + Measure for conduit runs and angles accurately. + Utilize electric conduit tools and understand interconnect and wiring diagrams. + Work at heights using a harness safely. + Operate a scissor lift proficiently. + Cut and strip wires for panel builders using stiff steel strand cable and wire rope. + Inspect inventory including tools, rigging, and equipment. + Assist in load testing and proof testing of various lifting devices. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience in Electrical Panel Building. + Proficient in measuring for conduit runs and angles. + Skilled in using electric conduit tools and interpreting wiring diagrams. + Ability to work at heights with a harness. + Experience operating scissor lifts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical assembly skills. + General labor experience. + Knowledge of electrical and panel building processes. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values precision and safety, offering a clean and organized work environment. Enjoy the stability of a first-shift schedule with consistent hours. **Work Environment** The work environment offers a clean facility, operating on a first shift from 5:30 am to 3:30 pm, with 9-hour days consistently maintained over the last 2-3 years. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
