**Job Title: Tool Room Machinist** **Job Description** This position is for a Tool Room Machinist in a job shop setting, specializing in the construction and repair of molds and dies primarily for the plastic injection molding industry. **Responsibilities** + Build molds and dies for the plastic injection molding industry. + Repair and refurbish dies from customers. + Operate various equipment including CNC, manual machines, and wire-EDM. + Operate mills and lathes. + Perform manual machining using surface grinders and Bridgeport mills. + Conduct programming on CNC machines via CAD software and conversational programming. + Drill holes into rough raw steel. + Work with 3-axis machines. **Essential Skills** + Machining expertise in toolroom and die repair. + Ability to read blueprints. + Tool & Die or equivalent experience. + Previous CNC experience in a job shop. + Previous experience working with a Bridgeport mill. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Wire EDM experience is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company that offers opportunities for advancement and a dynamic work environment. **Work Environment** The work environment is non-climate controlled, requiring safety glasses. The position is for the first shift, Monday through Friday, from 6 AM to 5:30 PM, with flexibility for overtime if desired. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
