About the Role

Are you a seasoned Tool and Die professional with a passion for leadership and precision manufacturing? We’re looking for aTool and Die Managerto lead our skilled team in designing, fabricating, and maintaining high-quality tools and dies that drive our production success.

This is a hands-on leadership role where your technical expertise and management skills will directly impact our operational excellence and innovation.

What You’ll Do

As the Tool and Die Manager, you will:

🛠Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of toolmakers, machinists, and support staff—providing training, mentorship, and performance feedback.📋Plan & Prioritize: Assign tasks based on skill level and production needs to meet deadlines and quality standards.🧩Design & Innovate: Oversee the creation and modification of tools, dies, and fixtures in collaboration with engineering teams.🔍Ensure Precision: Supervise the fabrication and maintenance of high-tolerance tools and dies.🔄Optimize Operations: Coordinate repairs and modifications to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.🤝Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with production and engineering to support new product development and tooling needs.What You Bring✅Experience:7+ years as a Tool and Die Maker in a manufacturing environment3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role✅Technical Skills:Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documentsStrong math skills including geometry, trigonometry, and ratiosSkilled in interpreting written, oral, and diagram instructions✅Education:Associate degree or technical certification preferredEquivalent experience (5+ years) also considered
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
