We are seeking a 1st shift Lead Tool Crib Technician who will take charge of the tool crib and lead the restructuring of the department. The successful candidate will organize inventory, implement lean processes, and ensure both digital and physical harmony. Responsibilities include repairing hand and power tools, making air hoses and fittings, calibrating equipment, and performing ladder inspections and repairs. You will also manage tool tracking using Microsoft Excel and Outlook, oversee tools sent for warranty repairs, and organize new tools in the inventory system.

Work EnvironmentWork on a 900-acre campus with ongoing expansion projects. You will be assigned a work truck for campus duties, with no requirement to take it home. Training is individualized, supported by maps and radio communication. The role is stationed in the maintenance building's tool crib, with tools provided and resources readily available. The work culture emphasizes proper fixes over temporary solutions, with performance evaluated on job recall frequency.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $60320.00/yr.
