**Job Title: Tool Crib Manager**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Tool Crib Manager to oversee the tool crib room in a large processing factory. This role involves managing the inventory and distribution of tools necessary for maintenance and production operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Provide and manage all outgoing tools for maintenance or production purposes.
+ Order, receive, and inventory all necessary products to ensure availability.
+ Conduct research to obtain the best pricing for ordered products.
+ Purchase necessary products for current and future demand.
+ Prepare all required documentation for outgoing, incoming, and internal moves.
+ Enter data into the company database, ensuring all information is recorded accurately.
+ Manage all inventory and provide daily and weekly inventory updates.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in inventory management and tool crib operations.
+ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SAP.
+ Experience in purchase order management and procurement processes.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Minimum of 3 years experience as a tool crib manager or inventory manager, including purchasing products and inventory control.
