THE WORK In this role, you will lead the Tool Control organization within CAFO\. You will work in a fast\-paced, customer\-focused environment, maintaining effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders\. You'll collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to tackle Tool Control challenges, with a particular emphasis on transformation and inventory reduction\. You'll perform a wide range of analytical and administrative duties, including material planning, inventory control, and supply chain functions\. Your responsibilities will also include oversight of Total Tool Control and guiding the insertion of new technologies to enhance our digital footprint\. You’ll be a key driver of continuous improvement, leveraging your knowledge of critical process inputs and outputs to support the department’s operating plan\. Additionally, you’ll participate in quality and safety reviews, lead resulting improvements, and ensure that root cause corrective actions are taken for any non\-conformances\. WHO YOU ARE You are an experienced leader with a strong understanding of operations, tool control, and supply chain management\. You excel in problem\-solving and are known for your ability to drive issues to completion\. You bring a customer\-first mindset, balancing the needs of both internal and external stakeholders\.
