Job Title: Tool and Die Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Tool and Die Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing large dies used on the production line. This role requires proficiency in manual machining and troubleshooting to ensure the efficient operation of production tools.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repair on large dies used in the production line.Utilize manual machining techniques for repairs and maintenance.Operate manual mills and lathes efficiently.Conduct grinding and welding as required for die maintenance.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tooling and die maintenance.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in tool and die maintenance.Experience with manual milling and lathe operations.Skilled in using grinder machines.Ability to perform welding tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in tool and die maintenance within automotive manufacturing.

Work Environment

The work schedule is based on rotating shifts, offering flexibility with shifts covering days (5:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.), mid (1:30 p.m. - 10 p.m.), and nights (9:30 p.m. - 6 a.m.).

This is a Permanent position based out of San Antonio, Texas.
