Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Tool and Die Maker to join our team for the 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday) in Louisville, OH. In this role, you will design, build, repair, and maintain precision tools, dies, and molds used in manufacturing operations. Your expertise in metal stamping dies, progressive dies, or plastic injection molds, along with a strong experience in machining, blueprint reading, and quality control, will be crucial in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.
Responsibilities
Design and construct precision tools, dies, and molds used in manufacturing operations.Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs to construct or modify dies.Operate machines such as lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC equipment.Assemble and test dies to ensure proper function and output quality.Perform maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on existing dies.Troubleshoot die performance issues during production runs.Maintain accurate documentation and comply with safety and quality standards.Essential Skills
At least 4 years of machining experience with mills and manuals.Experience with tool and die making, repair, and/or design.Proficiency in understanding the start-to-finish machining process.Ability to perform basic machine program edits.Strong skills in blueprint reading and CAD/CAM.Why Work Here?

Our work environment is a job shop setting within a family-owned business that fosters a team culture. The facility is nice, clean, stable, and safe. We manufacture engineered tubes for various industries, including industrial vacuum, agriculture, construction, chemical manufacturing, residential, mining, and performance exhaust. Our machinists create numerous parts for machines, contributing to our reputation as a leader in the tubular products and central vacuum industries.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr.
