About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled Tool and Die Maker to craft injection mold dies and perform repairs from start to finish. You'll program, set up, and run Haas Mills, EDM machines, and CNC equipment using Mastercam. Each day brings new challenges in a collaborative, air-conditioned workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Build, repair, and revise molds and related tools
✔ Set up and operate toolroom equipment
✔ Program and run CNC machines with Mastercam
✔ Troubleshoot mold issues and ensure quality repairs
✔ Work efficiently within quoted time and material limits
Qualifications:
✅ Trade school graduate in toolmaking/machining tech OR 5+ years of CNC programming & machining experience
✅ 4+ years in plastic injection mold making
✅ Proficiency in 3-axis CNC mill programming from CAD models
✅ Experience with solid modeling & complex 3D programming a plus
