**Job Title: Tool and Die Technician - 2nd Shift**
**Job Description**
Join our dynamic team as a Tool and Die Technician on the 2nd shift, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and fabricating dies. Your expertise will ensure seamless operations in our temperature-controlled automotive facility.
**Responsibilities**
+ Interpret blueprints to guide die maintenance and fabrication.
+ Utilize an overhead crane to move dies throughout the work area and into machines.
+ Polish and grind dies as required to maintain quality and precision.
+ Perform MIG and TIG welding on dies to ensure durability and functionality.
+ Wire limit switches to ensure operational efficiency.
+ Disassemble and reassemble dies to meet specifications.
+ Operate mills and lathes to fabricate items, adhering to tight tolerances.
+ Perform preventative maintenance tasks on dies to prolong their lifespan.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in tooling/die maintenance, with preference for 5+ years.
+ Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding on dies.
+ Experience using mills and lathes within tight tolerances.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High School diploma or GED required.
+ Nice-to-have skills include progressive stamping experience.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00/hr.
