About the Role
The Learning Experience – Dedham is hiring a passionate Toddler / Preschool Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role supports children ages 2–4 in a nurturing, structured, and play-based learning environment designed to build confidence, independence, and a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities
Lead a toddler or preschool classroom in a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment
Implement The Learning Experience curriculum to support social, emotional, and early academic growth
Guide and support assistant teachers to maintain classroom consistency and quality
Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and progress updates
Partner with center leadership to uphold licensing standards and classroom excellence
Qualifications
Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or Child Development preferred
Massachusetts EEC Preschool/Toddler Teacher qualification (or ability to meet requirements)
At least 1 year of experience in a preschool, daycare, or childcare setting
Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
