Circle K Terminal Latvia in Riga is looking for a professional who will join our Terminal Operations Center as:

TOC SYSTEM SPECIALIST

Terminal Operations Center (TOC) is part of Circle K Global Fuels Terminal, which is responsible for the operations and the maintenance of all CK operated Terminals Globally – Scandinavia, Baltics, Ireland, and USA. TOC oversees all Terminal group capital expenditure projects across the terminals, in other words - all modifications and development.

Main responsibilities:

TOC system infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting and providing technical support locally and for remote sites. 

CCTV system project planning, development, and execution in the new and existing sites.

External system integration for the existing and new services.

Support colleagues with the daily tasks.

Maintain and improve the services continuity and quality.

Support direct superior with project statuses and other inquiries related to the TOC systems.

Daily task completion, prioritization and documentation.

Help to onboard new employees (related to system accesses and training).

Ensure smooth communication between employees and customers and timely resolution to their queries.  

Communication between customers and third parties (vendors, external IT, etc.).

Main requirements:

Higher education in IT field or relevant experience.

Is fluent in Latvian and in English to communicate with Business Units and colleagues in Europe and USA.

Previous hands on maintenance and technical support experience in IT field.

Experience with NVR servers, IP cameras, alarm transmitters  (will be considered as advantage).

MS Office 365 advanced user (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power BI etc.).

Analytical thinking and self-driven personality.
