Job Description A client of Insight Global is seeking four Tire Technicians to support daily shop operations. This team will be responsible for mounting and dismounting tires and wheels, performing tire balancing and rotations, completing oil changes, and conducting flat‑tire repairs. Requirements for Tire Technicians: Must be energetic, hardworking, and ethical. Able to follow all company policies and safety standards, including consistent use of safety glasses. Physically capable of lifting up to 70 lbs. and performing continuous crouching, bending, and turning. Able to stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Possess a valid Driver’s License with a driving record that meets company insurability requirements. Maintain professionalism at all times and contribute to a positive, team‑oriented work environment. Compensation: $15 - $20/hr plus commission Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
